clarity, integrity, friendliness, helpfulness….? What is your dream contractor like?

As a contractor, or any construction field professional, what is your dream customer like? What is it that you would like? How important is it to

you to feel appreciated? To hear that customers are happy with you and your work? How important is it to you to have cordial, honest and straightforward relationships with your customers, suppliers, subcontractors and anyone associated with construction projects?

I think these are all important questions, and I think they are not explored often enough.
